CWDigital will try and answer all enquiries emailed to us at customerservices@cwdigital.co.uk within 1 working day. If your enquiry is going to take longer than this then we will acknowledge your email, and try and give you an estimated time to resolve your query.
Placing An Order
We are happy to process your order in the most convenient method for you. You can pay by credit card, or by cheque if posted to us at the address listed on About Us. We are happy to take orders over the phone or by using our online ordering facility. Alternatively you can use our fully automated telephone ordering system. Please note if paying by cheque goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared our bank account
UK National Delivery
We know you don't want to be kept waiting for your
order. That's why we've arranged a fast, efficient
delivery service direct to your home. Our bulk stocks
means that most orders are processed and delivered next
working day ( or 3-5 working days on TV's larger than
36") from payment anywhere within the UK mainland.
Please note an additional charge will be applied to off
shore deliveries and Northern Ireland. (please call for
quotation).
Faulty Goods
All goods are fully supported by our manufacturers warranty processes. If any goods we supply are found to be faulty within 28 days of delivery, we will arrange for the product to be replaced by an identical product or be inspected and processed at your site by the manufacturer themselves. If the goods require replacement there will be no cost to you for this process.

Warranty
Humax Warranty, including Humax LCD TV
All Humax products come with a comprehensive 24 month warranty
provided by Humax, which includes the LCD panel where appropriate. Within this period
faulty goods will either be replaced under a "like-for-like"
product replacement service, or under certain
circumstances a repair and return service (typically within 7 days).
The delivery costs associated with this will be covered
by Humax.
PLEASE NOTE: Humax Grade "A" products are supplied
with a 12 month warranty only (Please check the individual
product details if unsure)
DMTech LCD TV Warranty
All DMTech products come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty
provided by DMTech, during this period
faulty goods will either be replaced under a "like-for-like"
product replacement service, or under certain circumstances a repair and return service (typically within 7 days).
The delivery costs associated with this will be covered by DMTech service centre.
LG LCD & Plasma TV Warranty
All LG products come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty
provided by LG, during this period faulty goods will either be replaced under a "like-for-like"
product replacement service, or under certain circumstances a repair and return service (typically within 7 days).
The delivery costs associated with this will be covered by LG service centre.
Other CWDIGITAL Products Warranty
All products provided by CWDIGITAL come with a manufacturers 12 month warranty.
Unless stated otherwise, during this period faulty goods will either be repaired or replaced under a "like-for-like"
basis, dependant on the manufacturers instructions.
CWDIGITAL Extended Warranties
Any additional warranties provided by CWDIGITAL are backed by Domestic & General Ltd one of the worlds largest after sale service providers. For further details please email customerservices@cwdigital.co.uk or click the live person button on the homepage to communicate with one of our operatives
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods are damaged in transit, we request that the customer report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly.
We will then replace the goods under our faulty goods process, or if requested, issue a full refund to you via your original payment method
once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse.
Cancelling your Order
If you have simply changed your mind about your order
and you wish to return your goods, then you can do so
provided you inform us of this decision within 7 days
of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unopened and
unused and must be "as new" when returned to us.
Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return
goods, and we have issued you with an authorisation
number to return the goods, you have 7 days to do so at your own
expense. We will then
issue a full refund for the full cost of the goods -
less delivery charges and cost of any missing
packaging or accessories - to your original payment method. Please
note this policy does have some limitations and does not
apply to business customers.
